Chris Warner has over 25 years experience in gas transmission pipeline design, operations and management. As Supervising Engineer and then Manager of PG&E’s Gas System Integrity department, he was responsible for developing and leading PG&E’s Integrity Management Program and regulatory compliance. Chris Warner was an author of ASME B31.8S Managing System Integrity of Gas Pipelines. Chris Warner was a PG&E gas engineer for the first 21 years of his career. In this capacity, he has engineered pipeline projects, modeled gas pipeline capacity, and supervised the maintenance and operations of pipelines.
Since joining Mears, Chris Warner has been actively supporting pipeline integrity programs for clients around the U.S. During this time he managed Mears’ Technical Services department responsible for indirect surveys of gas and liquid pipelines, facilitated the successful recreation of a major pipeline operator’s integrity management program, coordinated companywide the successful implementation of ISO 9001:2008 and was recently appointed to the position of Vice President of Engineering.
