After leading his own company for 14 years, Jim along with his team at JW’s Pipeline Integrity Services have now joined Mears in their Integrity Solutions Division. He is in charge of the Technical Services group comprised of over 120 people including 80 field technicians with varying NACE certifications. Jim has over 20 years of experience with the indirect inspection tools such as Current Attenuation, CIS, DCVG, ACVG and Stray Current Mapping for more than just ECDA. His leadership and wealth of experience in the application of these survey tools in the field provides Mears an enhanced level of expertise for solving CP and corrosion issues. He also is involved in classroom and field training, reviewing, analyzing and providing suggested mitigation for corrosion and cathodic protection issues.
